Braille is not a language, rather it is a code by which languages such as English or Spanish may be written and read by touch and feel. This writing/reading system for the visually impaired was invented by Louis Braille, a French educator and inventor. His system remains known worldwide simply as Braille, which is in effect for many years that still helps the visually challenged people to read and understand the contents available in books and in displays.
