Engineering industry requires electrode engraving in a variety of applications. If there is a requirement of accurate projections of a small size of art or a smaller size of letter/number/monogram punches then going for engraving in copper electrode and later using EDM will solve the real purpose. Mould manufacturing requires electrode engraving that would be used to display their logo and design on a mould.
Used in metal inserts and punches and in intricate places of plastic and rubber mould dies, as well for the making of Letter/Number/Monogram punches preferably within the size of 7mm or less.
2d and 3d embossing tool, and die making for creating a male or a female tool/die. Selection of the method will be based on intricacy, accuracy and quality level of the final output.

We have a strong domain experience with regards to EDM die machining and shall firmly extend our support and deliver final products either in hardened or unhardened material. We shall deliver the final output on receipt of 3D/2D files of the images that has to be engraved in the copper electrode.
We offer engraving in certain areas where the electrodes shall be convex/concave on a radius or flat surface, either with raised or recessed output.
